Robbinsville High School Senior aadhyatmik Youth Volunteer Leader

What I do at Aadhyatmik:

I have been involved with multiple non-profits including C.R.Y. America, UNICEF, and the March of Dimes, and contributed to various initiatives aimed at improving the lives of children and families both locally and globally.

Through my involvement with C.R.Y. America, I have organized awareness campaigns, and raised thousands of dollars that support underprivileged children’s education and well-being.

At Robbinsville High School, I serve as the President of the UNICEF Club and as the Treasurer of the March of Dimes Youth Council, where I get to contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the health of mothers and babies.

Culturally, I am deeply connected to my heritage as a talented Bharatanatyam dancer. Having trained for several years, I have completed my Arangateram and also taken on the role of a student teacher at my studio. As a student teacher, I love to impart my knowledge and passion for Bharatanatyam to younger students, fostering a love for the art form and promoting cultural continuity.

Culture is a very important aspect of my life, one that drives me and has instilled many important values in me. This is why aadhyatmik is such an important organization to me, as it brings rich cultural traditions back to the community and keeps them alive.

For several years, I have been a dedicated volunteer with aadhyatmik, actively contributing to the organization and promotion of cultural events. My involvement extends to raising awareness of these events through social media, effectively reaching a wider audience and fostering community engagement. Through my efforts, I have not only supported the celebration and preservation of our cultural heritage but also helped build a stronger, more connected community.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be further involved in my community and bring people together through this organization.
